WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship our delicious wine to a select list of states, primarily those in the western part of the country, with a handful of exceptions for states in the midwest and east coast. Wine is a heavily regulated product, with most states requiring licensing, which can be expensive, and detailed reporting and tax payments. We reassess the list of states we ship to each year. Not sure why we don't ship to your state? Feel free to contact us.
WHY DOES SHIPPING WINE COST SO MUCH?
Small shipments of wine are heavy, and large shipments of wine are bulky. Shipping partners charge based on weight, unless a box exceeds a certain size, and then they charge based on size too. Then we pay for an adult signature because someone over 21 must sign for the package (it's the law).
We provide discounted shipping to every customer:
Non Club Member Rates
6-11 bottles - 50% off the original rate (the rate charged to us is $31-65)
12 bottles or more - 75% off the original rate (the rate charged to us is $42-68)
Wine Club Member Rates
1-3 bottles - $20 flat rate
4-6 bottles - $15 flat rate
7-9 bottles - $10 flat rate
12+ bottles - $0

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
At Myka Cellars, we want you to be happy with every aspect of your experience. If for any reason we did not meet that expectation, we would love to hear from you and have the opportunity to make things better. Please contact us as soon as the issue occurs.
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
It is really unusual to receive a damaged product from us with our amazing fulfillment team. However, we're human and it happens. In the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please let us know as soon as you can. We can replace your wine, issue you a credit on a gift card or process a refund for your damaged items. Let us know how we can make things better!
INCORRECT OR MISSING BOTTLES OF WINE
Again, we're human and we, occasionally, make mistakes. If we made a packing error, we would like to resolve it for you. In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, let us know and we'll determine a resolution. In some cases, we may ask you to hold on to the bottles and packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you to process a new order, Myka Cellars gift card or a refund for your missing items.
NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WINE
We are proud to offer innovative wines crafted with distinction that we know you'll love. Contact us, we would enjoy helping you choose wines and providing recommendations. However, if you get a wine you just don't like for any reason, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve it.
RESHIPPING WINE
When an order is returned to the winery after several delivery attempts at the address you gave us, we are still always happy to reship the order. Please contact us and we will assist you with the reshipment arrangements.
VINTAGE SUBSTITUTIONS
On occasion, a chosen vintage of a wine may sell out or be replaced by a new release after your order is placed. We will not hold up your order. We will automatically substitute the wine with the comparable vintage. We will only substitute with a vintage for the same type and varietal.
